Past Incidents

On Friday, September15, 2023, we will have a 120-minute scheduled downtime at 9:00 pm PST.
During this maintenance period, all SalesHood services will be down. We will be conducting routine maintenance on our infrastructure. We have decided to perform this system maintenance during off-hours and over a weekend to minimize any disruption to our customers.

On Thursday, September 14, 2023, we will have a 60-minute scheduled partial downtime at 7:00 pm PST.
During this maintenance period, the chat functionality on Client Sites will be unavailable. All other SalesHood services will be available as normal. The service provider that we use for Client Sites chat is making upgrades to their servers.
