Some customers are reporting that the Reports Builder and KPI Dashboards are not loading. We’re aware of the issue, and it is caused by an outage with the GoodData system that we use to deliver reporting. The GoodData team has informed us that they are working urgently on a fix.

All other in-app functionality is unaffected, and the data in reports will not be compromised from this issue. We will post an update to this status page when the issue has been resolved.
